2024
The
date
for
the school
fee
exemptions
process
will
be
communicated
as
soon
as
possible.
The
process
(when
ready)
will
work
as
follows:
Parents
needing
to
apply
for
exemption
may
either
send
an
email
to
debtors@welties.org.za
confirming
they
wish
to
apply
for
exemption
for
2024
or
they
may
call
at
the
Bursar’s
window
to
collect
the
application
forms
between
07h30
and
10h00
Monday
to
Friday
from
the
relevant
date.
Please
Note:
Parents
applying
for
exemption
for
the
first
time,
will
need
to
collect
forms
from
the
Bursar's
office.
NO
forms
will
be
emailed
for
first
time
applicants.
The
application
will
be
emailed
to
both
parents
who
must
print
it
out
and
complete
it
as
per
the
covering
letter.
The
original
application
as
well
as
all
supporting
documents
may
NOT
be
emailed
back
under
any
circumstances
but
must
be
handed
in
at
the
school
within
20
days
of
receipt.
Parents
will
need
to
sign
their
application
in
the
presence
of a
Commissioner
of
Oaths
and
will
need
to
go
to
all
the
banks
listed
to
have
the
bank
verification
form
completed
and
stamped
by
all
banks.
Bank
statements
may
NOT
be
downloaded
off
the
internet
but
must
be
provided
and
stamped
by
the
banks.
No
exceptions
will
be
made.
Parents
are
reminded
that
until
an
exemption
has
been
granted,
school
fees
are
still
due
each
month
and
if
payment
is
not
received,
this
will
negatively
affect
your
record
on
TPN
Credit
Bureau.
